OUR SYMPATHIES TO THE FAMILY OF CPL. ANDREW GRENON

The war in Afghanistan was brought home with a vengeance when the first Windsor soldier was killed fighting to rid the world of terrorism. Cpl. Andrew Grenon, 23 years old, was a member of the 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry serving in Afghanistan. His funeral took place on Sept 12, 2008 and was attended by representatives of our local community services as well as his comrades in the military, his family, and many friends and supporters.
