Better World Today Association has team up with Katelyn Bedard Bone Marrow Association and are holding a swap drive.
Sunday April 3th at 7 pm at Caesars Windsor (in the Augustus Ballroom) you will have the opportunity to get signed up on the marrow registry. It is a simply swab of the cheeks on the inside of your mouth. You will then be put on the marrow registry and if anyone matches your type then you will be called to donate.
There are over 800 people in Canada that need a bone marrow donor and if they don`t get one they will die. Over 13 million people on the World wide registry and they can`t find a match. This tells you how hard it is to find a match. You are a slim possibility of being a match.
